FAQ

  • Insert any SIM card (Nepal Telecom, Ncell, Smart, etc.).
  • If the phone works immediately without showing “Invalid SIM” or “Network Lock,” it is factory unlocked.
  • If it doesn’t work, the phone may be carrier-locked and will need unlocking before resale.
  • Samsung Devices: Dial *#0*# to open Diagnostic Mode. Test screen colors, touch, vibration, speakers, and sensors.
  • iPhone Devices:
    • Use free testing apps like Sensor Kinetics or Test & Check for iPhone.
    • Manually check screen sharpness, brightness, font clarity, and color accuracy.
  • General Tip: Swipe across the entire screen to ensure there are no dead zones.
  • Look at the printing and label quality. Genuine batteries have clear, sharp printing and proper alignment.
  • Original batteries often have hologram stickers or security markings.
  • Test the battery backup — if it drains unusually fast or charges abnormally, it may be fake.
  • Apple:
    • Cables have “Designed by Apple in California” text with a serial number.
    • Finishing is smooth, connectors fit perfectly, and the cable is recognized by iTunes/PC.
  • Samsung/Android:
    • The brand logo should be clean and not a sticker.
    • Printing on the adapter should be clear and not faded.
    • The charger should feel sturdy; fake ones are often lightweight.
    • Connect the cable to a PC — original ones will always be detected.
  • Android: Dial ##786# → Check “Reconditioned Status.”
  • iPhone:
    • Go to Settings > General > About > Model Number.
    • Code meanings:
      • M = Brand New
      • F = Refurbished
      • N = Replacement unit
      • P = Personalized (engraved)
  • Apple:
    • Remove the SIM tray and shine a flashlight.
    • Red/Pink indicator = water damage.
    • White = safe.
  • Android/Other Phones:
    • Look under the battery or near the charging port for a liquid damage indicator dot.
  • MDMS Registration is mandatory (phone must be registered in Nepal).
  • Original ID card (citizenship, license, passport, etc.).
  • Purchase bill/warranty card (if available).
  • The phone must be factory unlocked & carrier-free.
  • Payment will be made only via bank transfer for security and transparency.
